We are very proud that we can offer you latest generation labels joined with the surface with the forming method IN-MOULD LABELS. IML technology consists in joining the label with the package directly during the package production process and is joined with it at its liquid stage. Both the package and the label are made of the same plastics, which is polypropylene, there is the possibility of its easy recycling and, at the same time, significant decrease in the amount of product fees valid pursuant to the new Act on Environment Protection. The label which is suitable for application in IML process must meet many technical requirements. It has to be characterized by adequate level of heat conduction, air permeability as well as necessary rigidity.

Sleeves act as labels which, printed in UV flexo technique, convince us with high intensity of printout and colours. Our printing technique actually poses no restrictions to the graphic project. Depending on the clients’ requirements, the realization of labels of various shapes and colour hues is possible. Sleeves, which can be overprinted in whole, are usually used on packages of irregular shapes such as bottles and cups for kefir, buttermilk and yoghurt.

Another product of our company is laminate print intended for manufacture of cosmetic sachets (for creams, masks, shampoos) and food sachets (for mayo, ketchup etc.) ). Natalii Printing House has the possibility to print 11 colours protecting the surfaces with UV glossy or mat paint and optionally laminates of OPP or PET 12 mic type with media width up to 570mm on the machines of renown Danish company Nilpeter. Laminates are overprinted on special flexographic machines with UV paints which guarantee very high quality of the printout. We use the best quality laminates of such companies as: Mondi, Leipa.

Natalii also manufactures labels on white and transparent films, which are used on PET bottles. New generation polypropylene labels are the alternative for previously used paper labels. The most important advantages of PP films used by us include:  resistance to damages, odourless, long life, inertness to weather conditions. The use of transparent surfaces in the production of labels for mineral water causes better visual and aesthetic effect of the product. Peel-off labels ( Peel- read labels) are the solution we have got in our offer since 2012. They are special multi-labels. Our company offers bilayer labels, with print possibility of 3 sides. Those labels can be constructed of paper- and film layers. We can use white and transparent films.

Top page we can print up to 4 colours,  internal pages: 1 colour- first and up to 2 colours- second.
